Audio clips are produced from a Finale notation file with linked VST audio samples, and output as AIF or WAV files for multitrack audio engineering in Cubase. Every score on this website has been re-engraved for improved legibility and consistency (completed Oct 1, 2021). As our purpose is to be a repository of ready-to-play music for live performance, the investment in an improvedhouse style seems worth the effort.
Many scores sport minor voice leading edits, but some have slightly altered descants lowering the tessitura where possible or improving musical phrasing.
